Easy yo use and I love it
Glad I purchased. I was tired of using the old corkscrew method. It moves a little slow at first for extraction but does the job. Removal of the cork afterwards is easy which I love! The foil cutter is my favorite. And stores nicely on the end cap so I dont misplace it. The overall finish is sleek and looks good. Charging is easy and i have no complaints thus far. Would make a nice gift for wine drinkers.

When I first got this, of course I didn’t read the directions. I didn’t realize you had to press down on the switch to remove the cork, then press the top part of the switch to release the cork. Once I figure it out it was the best wine opener I ever used. Remember, use the bottom part of the switch to remove the cork then press the top to release it.

I love this wine opener!!!! Finally something that works and is super easy to use. It takes a few batteries to operate. There’s a foil cutter on the end that attaches so you don’t lose it. You just pop that off, cut the foil, position the opener on top of the bottle, press the button for the opener to start working. It goes into the cork and then comes back up and bam! Wine bottle open! Keep pressing the button and the cork comes back down and releases. Loved this so much I got one for my mom for Xmas!

Most exciting part was looking for 4 AA batteries to open wine bottle, me and her made her husband go to the store to buy batteries. This wine opener was easy to set up – I just had to put in 4 AA batteries. The bottom part slides off easily to open the seal, and then I just push the button down to put the screw into the cork and push it up to pull the cork out. It’s easy and fast. I like this so much better than a manual bottle opener!
Wish I had know about these electric openers sooner. But hey it’s ever too late to save yourself the time & hassle, just pop in 4 AA batteries and you’re good to go.

This is a perfect easy giftable item especially for anyone who loves wine and wants an easy stress-free opening. Honestly stumbled upon this because I was tired of opening ever bottle of wine with a cheap manual wine opener. Figured an electric one would make things 100000% easier! You must buy! Definitely great your buck! Also keep in mind to have some AA batteries. You’ll need four of them to install them before you can use it!
Out of the box this worked great. We loved this corkscrew, it looks nice, holds a charge and did a great job. Unfortunately after about 11 months use, the plastic piece that holds the metal screw broke, so we are finding that we are now buying another one. Not bad for $23 but I thought it would have lasted longer…
I was curious how to use it at first, but it’s pretty strait forward and not that loud. I definitely recommend!
I had ordered this to replace an old mechanical corkscrew, it arrived and I could not get it to work, I tried 3 sets of batteries with no success. I returned the item as faulty and received a full refund, I decided to reorder as the bottle opener looked good and felt nice in the hand.
The replacement arrived promptly and I looked forward to trying it out, inserted the batteries and pressed the down button and nothing happened, I was disappointed to say the least. As i started to unscrew the battery compartment to retrieve my batteries before returning the opener when my hand hit the down button and the opener operated. It looks like when the battery cap is fully screwed in the opener does not operate if it is backed off from the fully closed (Locked) position a couple of mm it works well, the battery cap is still secure in this position the arrow on the cap just doesn’t line up with the locked symbol . CIRCLE JOY should look at this as most people (myself included) would just return the item as faulty. I suspect that this was the issue with my first order too.
In conclusion It is a nice bottle opener it feels quite sturdy and nice in the hand, time will tell if it lasts

I used 4 rechargeable AA batteries and it still had enough power to uncork the bottle. Very simple operation, had no problems. The only thing I’d suggest improving is the ribbon to help remove the batteries could be positioned better in the compartment so they come out with one pull, the 4th battery required a little prying to get it out.

I had a problem with rechargeable batteries, but if the cover is positioned just right, it works perfectly. I prefer this one since it doesn’t need to be continuously plugged in and thus far, have not needed to replace the batteries.
I really enjoy the classy aesthetic this adds to my kitchen (and when I’m working from home, my room). It just makes opening wine so much easier and actually quite entertaining. I decided to try it out on a bottle of wine I just purchased and my friend on FaceTime and I were amazed! It really works at the push of a button and the design is super pretty. I’ll definitely be showing this off at future home functions or online via facetime for now.
