Take measurement up under the arms(1″ below armholes) and around chest
Waist:
Measure from Waist circumference (distance around the waist) at the narrowest point.

Good quality, good fit
I love this Iron-Man compression shirt. I order the XX-Large. Fits me perfect.
Super tight, so make sure to order one size up from your normal size. For example I buy large, and bought XL and its still tight. Of course its a compression shirt, but give yourself some breathing room by buying one size up. Colors and design good, doesnt look like a knock off.
Great compression shirt. Fits s as expected unless allot of the ones sold on here. So happy for it.

It was ok
Probably one of my best fitting shirts i own. I am 6 ft 175lbs. Its not to tight and at the same time sits snug to compliment my body.
Fits great – so far no wear and tear and work out with them quite regularly. Good length long wise too. Some other brands sit higher which scrunches up above the waist line – these have a good length to sit lower if u want them too
Definitely one of the better brands of undershirt that I’ve found on Fitnesstotem. Unfortunately they’re out of stock so I couldn’t order more.
Due to this being a compression shirt, it works great as an undershirt for dress clothes, as it does not allow wrinkles to form, making the overshirt look much nicer.
