    Better to buy too big than too small. Can be sinched in with ribbon. No stretch in it at all. Decent quality.

    Super cute, just as pictured. I have worn it a few times, including on a day long wine tasting trip where there was hot weather. Despite being polyester, it was not too hot, perhaps because it does not cover too much. I enjoy very much, it gives it added swoosh and made me feel more dressed up! So far has washed and worn fine, no sign of wear or damage, so pretty well made for a relatively inexpensive costume. I look forward to using it more. Feel free to ask me any questions you have about the costume.
