The National Football League got underway in 1920 when it was known as the American Professional Football Association and began with 11 teams. Despite only 4 teams being able to finish the season the league kept going and continued to expand and contract wildly over that first decade. In 1922, the APFA was re-named as the National Football League.
Only a few franchises from those early seasons still exist today, the Chicago (now Arizona) Cardinals and Decatur Staleys (now Chicago Bears) were both teams in that inaugural season, the Green Bay Packers joined the APFA for their sophmore season in 1921. The New York Giants are the only other current-day franchise to particiate in that first decade, joining in 1925.
In 1966 the NFL announced they had reached a merger deal with the competing American Football League which would also establish a single “World’s Championship Game” which would later officially be known as the Super Bowl. In 1970, the NFL and AFL completed their merger with the AFL teams forming the new American Football Conference and the existing NFL teams going to the National Football Conference.

Colors are as bright as seen on the screen. I ordered a medium, and I wear a medium-to-large depending on the make, and this fits as a medium.The material is thinner than another brand of hoodie I own, but it is that sheer/shiny type of polyester (which I like). While the material is not thick, it is warm when you pair it with a cotton liner. The hoodie is polyester. Has a biggish hood (which I like), and long hood strings (which I also like). Hood strings are surprisingly cotton, with metal end-caps. Initial inspection of stitch quality looks pretty good- time will tell.Sleeve length was fine for me, but I also have long arms. Despite this, the sleeves are ample (so maybe the sleeves are long-ish?)

Most comfortable, highest quality hoodie I’ve seen so far, and I’ve bought several. It’s a bit thicker than the others and SUPER comfy!. This one is actually true to American sizing (based just on this one- so far). I ordered 2 more, so I plan to update. The Image Is very clear. LOVES this! So does my husband. He wants one. I wish they had more designs to choose from so I could buy all my 3D hoodies from this seller. Modest selection is the only downfall I can see. where you never know what you’ll get. Well packaged. It’s obvious the seller values quality.Update: I ordered 3 more hoodies from this seller and they were all top of the line and True to size chart, with silky-soft material. My son and husband have them off the hanger the moment they are out of the wash. They wash very well, by the way. I use cold water and regular heat in the dryer. Not a bit of shrinkage. The material doesn’t pill or snag. I can’t say enough good things.

Thin sweater. Great print out on the sweater not too thick or thin of a print. Great color and detail to logo (Eagles). Sleeves are slightly long. Keep in mind teenage boy 16 yrs old. So for the man or woman in your life complaining sleeves are always too short you’ve found the one that will work lol. Overall no complaints on looks of it little bummed its a thinner one but that seems to be the normal anyways anymore. Looking for a good winter sweater this isn’t it thats all more of a early spring/fall sweater.
