Take measurement up under the arms(1″ below armholes) and around chest

This is such a comfortable shirt. I am wearing a 3X so it fits as a compression shit as described. If you want it tighter I would order your normal size. For a more loose fit size up. I love how awesome this shirt looks. It’s a really nice light material.
